Chair Interested in Joining the Diversity Committee?Current OPA members who are interested in diversity leadership, committed to diversity and cultural issues, able to participate in DC activities, and hope to connect with other professionals and students are encouraged to apply! To begin the application process please send a letter of interest with CV to the current Chair. In your letter of interest please clearly address your a.) interest and commitment to diversity and in our OPA committee, and b.) ability/willingness to attend meetings and participate. Materials are submitted to the committee at the next meeting for a vote. Requirements for Committee MembersMust be a current member of OPA in good standing, 70% attendance at meetings (or 5/7 yearly meetings or attendance at subcommittee meetings) and attendance of our annual retreat held in June. If members are unable to attend all meetings due to time-conflicts or other responsibilities, we are open to discussing how a member can participate.
